Delivery & Returns
Mobius Kite Shop want you to enjoy your purchases as soon as possible and so, we will dispatch your order within one working day of it being placed (subject to payment authorisation and stock availability). If there is going to be a delay for any reason, we’ll let you know. Did we also mention that we will have your order delivered for free to all UK destinations!?
Delivery Times are based on standard working days (i.e. Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, etc.). Orders for next day delivery must be made by 1pm, but please call if it is after this time as we should be able to push next day orders through up to 3.30pm. Next working day delivery can only apply to Mainland UK.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition (with packaging and tags intact) within 14 days of the purchase date. We will either issue a full refund for the item or send a different size if you would like an exchange. Just let us know what size you would like. In all return correspondence, please indicate your order number.
Please note that if goods are not returned in the condition in which you received them, we reserve the right to refuse such returns.
Please be sure to check goods received from couriers to ensure that they have not been damaged in transit before you sign for them. If this is not possible please sign for the item as ‘Unchecked’. If the item has been damaged please mark it as ‘Damaged’. If the item is damaged in transit and not signed for as such then we cannot be liable for the damage and the item will not be replaced.
