Booking Terms and Conditions
Full payment must be received in advance of the start of the ride. Should payment not be received, Mobius reserves the right to treat the booking as cancelled.
Mobius will provide insurance, tuition and all equipment required to undertake the ride effectively and safely. Please be fully aware that all rides are weather dependent and that this may adversely affect your ride. The decision to cancel due to compromised safety or extreme weather conditions rests solely with the guide. It is the responsibility of Mobius to re-book the customer.
Some form of transport (other than public transport) must be available in order to get to other locations if required. A full list of all the locations we operate from is on our website or can be produced upon request. If the student is unable to get to another location, the voucher or payment for that ride becomes null or void.
Cancellation by Mobius
In the event of a ride being cancelled by Mobius the customer may rebook at a later date or have the payment voucher extended for one year from the booking date (refunds are not possible).
Cancellation by the Customer
Cancellations must be a minimum of 14 days prior to the ride; an alternative date or a voucher will be offered, refunds are not possible.
Cancellations within 14 days result in the voucher becoming void, unless a medical note is supplied.
In the event of a ride being abandoned you will be offered the remaining time on a future ride.
In the event of a booked ride being missed, the voucher or payment for that ride becomes null or void. No refunds or cancellation procedures may apply. Any attempts to re-use a cancelled voucher will be rejected.
Vouchers are valid twelve months from the date of purchase. Vouchers are transferable between all rides and can be given to a third party; refunds are not possible under any circumstances. It is the responsibility of the recipient to book and complete the ride within the twelve-month period.
